Do you play the lottery? I don’t but I sure wish I did and not for the reasons you may automatically think! I was speaking with my business partner, Armetria Charles earlier today and she planted a seed in my brain which blossomed into this post. You see, she made a comment about the dedication of lottery players who without fail drive to the gas station at least once a week to spend their dollar in the hopes of winning a million. And once a week is a low average; I know people who play the lottery every gosh darned day! What if we as Network Marketers applied even a fraction of the same steadfastness, constancy and commitment towards our business? Can you envision how our individual businesses would multiply? “The path to success, is to take massive, determined action.” ~Anthony Robbins Our commute to the pursuit of  our dreams is much shorter, way easier and ultimately less costly than that of a lottery players. It costs us nothing to walk to our desk and pick up the telephone and start making those calls. We can do it in our pajamas; we don’t even have to get dressed if we don’t want to. What if someone says YES to our opportunity and that someone is THE ONE? Lottery players have to get dressed and get into their cars to drive to the gas station, which costs the MONEY. They spend an average of $5.00 on lottery tickets since they want to increase the probability of hitting the jackpot! Don’t forget the pack of cigarettes and bag of chips (since they’re there anyway)!

Folks, the likelihood of us being successful with our Network Marketing business is much greater than that of a lottery player hitting that ever elusive Jackpot. We need to bring that allegiance and devotion to our business. Lottery players are chasing their dreams just as we are; the difference is that they are taking daily persistent and consistent action to reach their destination. If we did the same we would shoot to the MOON!

Take a leaf out of the lottery player’s book….let us use the vehicle we have (Network Marketing) to get us to the life of our dreams.
