I would like to say a word about Sharon Mayers. I initially met Sharon at a planning meeting for an event we were both to participate in. Her personal style is one of simple elegance, so she caught my eye right away. But it is when we spoke that she caught not just my eye, but also my heart.
Sharon is a unique soul who listens & relates to you on a deeper level. She is fully present not only to what you say, but also to the very essence that sits behind the words. While conversing with her, you fall into a unique flow of complete engagement, fully comfortable & exposed. It is both a talent and testimony to the person Sharon is.
Because of my Silpada Designs Jewelry business I have been interviewed on several occasions, but I find Sharon’s interviews shine head & shoulders above the rest. She has the unique ability to go into the heart of your story and bring out the essence of who you are and what drives your soul. This is obviously her calling.
And so my theory stands true. Direct sales helps us evolve into an ever-improving version of ourselves. Sometimes direct sales is where we stay and sometimes it is our jumping off point for what is to be. What started as a candle business for Sharon became all about the people. And sharing her unique vision of people & the force that drives them is where Sharon’s true talent is revealed.
